Randstad is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a Distribution company. The position will be temporary to hire. Pay will be between $18-$20/hour. The position is 100% in office. NO REMOTE or HYBRID. Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles ideally in the distribution or industrial environment
Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to managing responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficient in MS Office.
salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Manage customer order intake, processing, and data entry.
Handle customer price adjustments and related correspondence.
Communicate and follow up with customers on all matters related to their orders.
Update customer files with changes in addresses, quoted prices, delivery instructions, and other relevant notes.
Serve as the primary customer liaison for order processing, ERP system data entry, and coordination with operations and sales teams on product availability and shipment status.
Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely transmission of orders to the shipping department.
Process customer returns promptly and in line with established procedures.
