Faurecia Emissions Control Systems NA, LLC in Louisville, Kentucky seeks Plant Controller.POSITION DUTIES SUMMARY: Manage financial aspects of automotive plant operations to assure and optimize plant's financial performance and competitiveness as it relates to performance to budget/forecasts; Guarantee accuracy of accounting and financial information for plant according to Group, Business Group, and Division policies including compliance with relevant accounting and tax rules; Maintain integrity of internal controls in adherence with all relevant Faurecia Core Procedures; Maintain integrity and accuracy of standard costing system in FCS; Responsible for month end close including, month end accruals, sales and cost adjustments and maintaining of supporting schedules accordingly, validate that all plant PPV and all other OI and balance sheet adjustments are accurate and posted timely, determine and ensure follow-up on raw materials and monitor actual margin on goods sold, and identify and analyze variances between budget/forecast and actual results; Using daily dashboard, project statistics on performance to forecast; Monitor working capital cash flow to assure delivery of forecast; Approve all NPP purchase requisitions for plant and develop a tracking tool to assure performance to budget/forecast; Ensure budgetary control of plant including developing plant budgets and associated forecasts, as well as plant reporting in accordance with Group procedures and deadlines, and develop and maintain budget data; Propose and support suggestions when decisions committing the plant are made; Participate in the development of action plans and ensure proper financial evaluation and follow-up; Ensure the management of plant cost accountant.POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, or closely related technical field of study, or foreign degree equivalent.Three (3) years experience in controlling at a plant level within the automotive industry. Must have some experience in each of the following:1. Industrial information systems and flows within an industrial or manufacturing environment;2. Applying principles of accounting to duties related to plant's financial and operational planning andreporting;3.
