JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as the primary customer contact for Returns, you will be assigned a portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs, and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Sales branches, inside sales, Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. Help Resideo be the customer's top choice by delivering excellent customer care. Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs. Be part of the team that is solving complex problems for the customer.

JOB DUTIES:
Receiving inbound calls from customers, branches, and vendors.
Processing of Returns, which could consist of data entry (customer invoicing, order processing) of credits, repairs, exchanges.
Work inbound emails daily
Providing follow-ups pertaining to returns and repairs to ensure product is handled efficiently.
Delivers highest quality of customer service to ADI customers, branches, and vendors.
Must be self-motivated and willing to cross-train and assist in other areas as required.
Ensures a neat / clean work environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in the proper manner.
Must be able to function in a team environment and be able to effectively communicate with other team members and Supervision.
Participate in all continuous improvement activities within the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
2 years of customer service experience
Computer skills, typing skills is a requirement.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
