ORBIS Corporation Warehouse Lead in Louisville, Kentucky

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to employees by demonstrating ORBIS standards and expectations daily.
2. Perform daily tasks of production employees as needed.
3. Accurate completion of daily paperwork.
4. Provide accurate inventory reporting.
5. Provide information to Service Center Manager on quality or inventory issues.
6. Operate forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
7. Follow and reinforces all safety rules and policies.
8. Assist manager in achieving budgeted financial goals for service center.
9. Follow proper procedures to handle employee incidents and to initiate customer complaints.
10. Ensure all employees are meeting job level expectations and requirements as well as following all ORBIS policies.
11. Motivate and train team members to meet team goals and uphold performance standards.
12. Effectively communicate daily reporting requirements.
13. Maintain all facility equipment.
14. Identify and assist with implementation of continuous improvement ideas and projects.
15. Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Lead, Service Center Supervisor and/or Service Center Manager.

9. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
10. Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and product recipes/material identifications.
11. Must have mathematical skill to add, subtract, multiply and divide and the ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
12. Must be able to effectively communicate in English one-on-one and in small group situations.
13. Must have ability to reason and address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
14. Ability to use MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
15. Basic financial knowledge to understand budgets.
16. Bi-Lingual skills preferred (required for positions outside the US).
17. Desire to advance within the company.
18. Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
