As a Senior System Engineer in our Research & Development team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the next generation of innovative water quality products. You’ll be at the forefront of solving some of the world’s most complex water challenges through advanced technology.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Lead and drive technical direction for New Product Development programs.

  • Be the subject matter expert on the product’s application, ensuring we deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, marketing, and user experience, guiding the architecture and design of new products.

  • Facilitate decision-making on challenging technical issues, providing alternatives and insights for complex trade-offs.

  • Lead the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring they work seamlessly together.

  • Implement and promote Systems Engineering best practices and risk analysis methodologies.

  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, building a strong and innovative team for the future.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in electromechanical hardware development and 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong experience in systems engineering, risk management, and data analysis.

  • A natural problem-solver, with an innovative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a commitment to mentoring and coaching others.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD per year.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
