Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Lowell, Massachusetts
Description
Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of customer service inquiries.
Process quotation requests by reviewing historical pricing and collaborating with the product line manager.
Manage all aspects of order processing, including new orders, returns, sample orders, credits, and debits.
Monitor and update backlog to align with customer requirements, including handling expedited requests.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Exercise sound judgment within established practices and procedures to determine the best action.
Foster strong relationships and build trust with both internal teams and customers.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in customer support.
Strong phone communication skills paired with active listening.
Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, and time management.
Collaborative team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
