Massachusetts Employer Data Entry/Inside Sales Coordinator in Lowell, Massachusetts

Local Company is looking for a full time Accounting Admin Assistant Data entry-enter purchase orders and sales orders. Assist with accounts payables and receivables, enter invoices and set up payments. Record intercompany transactions between different operations. Compile monthly reports. Generate detailed reports for reconciliation as needed. Must have a good working knowledge of excel and QuickBooks.
