Position Summary: Weekend Machine Maintenance Supervisor (Friday-Monday 8am-5pm) is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and work that will assure well maintained machinery and facilities. Maximum emphasis is placed on positive response to the concerns and needs of the company and the leadership and performance of the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to machine maintenance work orders in appropriate priority.
Enhance relationship with suppliers and contractors that support the facility.
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, understand team dynamics
Must Have:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in maintenance management.
Communications skills with the potential to influence multiple business partners.
High level of customer service aptitude.
Good to have:
Experience with vacuum deposition systems.
CMMS and Microsoft Office experience.
Proven track record in resolving issues and establishing priorities for work accomplishment
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
