Major/Essential Functions:

  1. Substantiate travel transactions by auditing documents to ensure they comply with Federal, State, Local, and University policies and procedures.

  2. Aid in implementing and adopting new policies, procedures, laws and system updates and enhancements. Coordinate with stakeholders any relevant and necessary changes that may impact current processes and timelines.

  3. Provide customer service and support by answering policy and procedural questions and providing travel program maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  4. Provide training and maintenance/testing on various applicable systems and technologies as needed. Training may be internal or external and for varying degrees of stakeholder impact.

  5. Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  6. Assist with, and provide, the necessary reports to meet University, State, and Federal requirements. Reporting deadlines vary, but may include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports of varying nature and gravity.

Completion of high school or the equivalent with two years progressively responsible experience. May require a typing proficiency of 60 words per minute. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis.
