Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)
In the search for potential talent, do you take unconventional and new approaches, inspire applicants for our forward-looking corporate environment and have a feel for the applicant market and current recruiting trends? We are looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Ludwigshafen to further develop our global recruiting strategy. Together with our HR team, you will look for the best solutions to attract and retain new colleagues who will help us shape the future of Process Automation Solutions.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
Work closely with our global hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify, attract and retain suitable talent globally
Optimising our internal recruitment process in line with the strategic direction of the company
Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including profile analysis, applicant management and advising hiring managers
Identifying new recruiting channels and trends
Competent sparring partner for our international specialist departments
Detailed analysis of requirement profiles and suitable pre-selection, design of attractive job advertisements and selection of suitable job boards
Participation in trade fairs and recruiting events
Close cooperation with external partners such as job portals, agencies and headhunters
Development of talent pipelines
Managing and developing the global recruiting team and identifying potential synergies
Ihr Profil
Successfully completed business studies or comparable training, ideally with a focus on human resources
At least 8-10 years of professional experience in strategic recruiting
Very good application knowledge in the area of interviewing and selection tools
Understanding of the market-related challenges in attracting new talent in the automation and digitalisation environment
Good feel for the candidate market and current trends in recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or experience with an alternative applicant management system desirable
High level of personal responsibility and solution-orientation
