In our Tech Ops Department at Ludwigshafen site, you will join a team of talented people and experienced experts in the manufacturing, packaging, engineering and global distribution of our approved and pipeline products – working with some of the most advanced technologies in the world.
Develop your expertise and join our team as Senior Program Manager (all genders) for global Projects. You will be leading a cross-functional matrix team with integrity and respect, deliver results, champion change, foster collaboration, and teamwork, engage, and inspire.
Make an impact:
Develop project plans and timelines for new product introduction of innovative pipeline assets or tech transfers of established products - in alignment with the global strategy
Maintain operational awareness of the deliverables and upcoming needs to proactively identify, communicate and manage team risks, including escalation as appropriate with a strategic, cross-functional mindset
Ensure consistency and quality and financial compliance across all aspects of assigned programs
Develop business cases together with a cross-functional team and define recommendations that are specific and measurable
Routinely update cross-functional teams on status and changes as well as present Program updates and outcomes to executive management
Qualifications
This is how you can make a difference:
Technical education background – Master of Science in Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy preferred
8+ years of experience in positions related to process development, engineering/process support or manufacturing ideally in pharmaceutical packaging
4+ years of experience in management of global projects and programs
Expertise in project management tools (e. g. Microsoft Excel, MS project and PowerPoint)
Strong GMP experience in pharmaceutical environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior management
German and English both business fluent mandatory
Ability to develop and manage financial related elements of a project; strong business acumen including project and cost accounting
