Responsibilities
What you will do
You will be responsible for a span of 10 to 20 employees. The position will report directly to the Regional Consulting Manager for the Nordics and Benelux.
Improve employee support by increasing employees’ access to mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Lead their teams to deliver high-quality projects to clients that meet or exceed their expectations and requirements.
Demonstrate leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen in their work.
Grow the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, developing proposals and contracts, and managing accounts and portfolios.
Contribute to the vision, strategy, culture, and values of Oracle Health Consulting and Oracle as a whole.
Travel up to 20%
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience and 1 year of engagement/team leadership experience.
Knowledge of Millennium Solutions
Fluent in English; Swedish Preferred.
