Southwestern Mental Health Center Inc Financial Analyst in Luverne, Minnesota
Review/analyze financial results and provide recommendations for areas of improvement or focus; Gain strong understanding and knowledge of the center s business model to then build reporting and analysis to drive results; Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to complete monthly financial reporting as well as any additional responsibilities as determined by the CFO; Design, implement and maintain new analytic tools; Work closely with the Executive Director on grants for the center; Meet with site leadership to discuss results/reporting/direction and provide supporting data analysis to spark action; Continual focus and dedication to analyzing data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and the ability to make suggestions on the fly for adjustments; Drive to be a critical team member for the center s ongoing success by providing key information on a consistent basis. Travel between Luverne and Worthington, MN is required. Work sites are as follows: 1) 117 S Spring Street, Luverne, MN 56156; and 2) 1210 5th Ave Worthington, MN 56187.
