The EU Expansion Team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with an analytical mindset to drive and manage roadmap for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) related products in the areas of DEX, inventory, capacity management, inbound. As a highly visible and strategic program within EU Expansion Team, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative team and participate in operational excellence, system support, and process design that span the entire company. The primary objective is to enhance FBA product that empowers Sellers to maximize the benefits of FBA in the Expansion Marketplaces.

Key responsibilities include auditing the current FBA Experience, identifying pain points and feature gaps, assessing improvement opportunities and developing a long-term strategic vision to close current experience gaps and working with tech and business teams to implement prioritized initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

-Be accountable for FBA experience for Expansion Marketplaces, focusing on Seller pain points and feature gaps in the areas of DEX, inventory and capacity management, removals, inbound. Identify the main gaps, opportunities and build business cases to prioritize them.

-Develop and communicate a long-term vision and roadmap for the FBA in EU Expansion and present it to leadership and key stakeholders.

-Work with tech teams and other EM PMs to launch Seller-facing product features and enhancements for the FBA Inventory and cooperate with EU FBA on DEX initiatives for Expansion marketplaces. Prioritize and make trade-off decisions under limited resources.

-Manage the collaboration with FBA stakeholders across Amazon (EU SC FBA, FBA POCs from emerging regions, 3P local sales teams, Retail) to ensure efficient cooperation on FBA DEX and Inventory initiatives.

-Own the reporting on the adoption of FBA product initiatives, measuring Seller engagement and feedback.

-Drive the adoption of the rolled-out FBA solutions, develop mechanisms to continuously identify and iterate on the Seller Experience.

-Provide regular project updates to the leadership through flashes, MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews), QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and provide the project entitlement and vision in strategic documents.

Basic Qualifications

-Several years of product/project management or similar experience

-Demonstrated business judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize

-An exceptionally well-organized approach to your work. An ability to understand what's important, what's urgent, where dependencies exist, and how to tangibly move projects forward in a large organization

-Strong oral and written communication skills, a bias for action and a proven ability to influence others in and across teams and organizations

-A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope

-Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in managing products/ project related to FBA

-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment

-Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives

-Superior analytical and quantitative skills, including SQL; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success

-Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an extreme attention to detail

-Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels

-Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

-Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features, in particular for the mobile context

-Strong bias for action; ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

-Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills

-Experience operating in a global environment
