Amazon Senior Product Manager (9 months fixed term contract) in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

This role can be based anywhere in EU5 + Luxembourg.

Amazon is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager within the EU Social Media Marketing Team to conduct experiments, launch and manage scalable social media marketing campaigns that help millions of customers discover and purchase from our broad selection of products across EU. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills derived from experience working in performance marketing or consulting roles.

Key job responsibilities

  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance vs. plan and implement corrective actions when required

  • Creation of detailed quarterly and yearly marketing plan of key metrics through alignment with multiple stakeholders across various marketing programs

  • Conduct experiments across various social media platforms to identify opportunities for performance improvement

  • Reporting of weekly and quarterly performance to leadership and perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis on performance data to generate business insights

  • Collaborate with engineering, business intelligence and data science teams on building performance measurement models, technology infrastructure improvements for enhancing the effectiveness of campaigns for the customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Product Management or Strategy Consulting experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Lead and drive action plans with a variety of stakeholders and secure high quality results in a timely fashion.

  • Work closely with other product, program management and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class advertising products to market (experience in working with tech teams is necessary).

  • Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data and high proficiency in Excel and any BI tools such as Tableau to analyze and present data.

  • Creative skills to suggest improvements to content and audience targeting strategies

  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

  • Superior oral and written communications skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Performance Marketing in Search, Display or Social channels.

  • Proven track record of delivering growth and optimization across key metrics.

  • Knowledge of setting up and managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok etc.

  • Knowledge in SQL

  • Regional or multi-country experience preferred
