Are you passionate about Global Solutions implementation and improvements? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Finance & Control Team
You are:
University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/
Good knowledge of NBS processes incl. Market side, preferably experience in some operational streams
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Power point; Good analytical skills and attention to details
Good understanding of potential business issues, challenges, opportunities
High presentation skills, personal time management
Able to work effectively in a complex (matrix) environment
Credibility with Business Partners and able to build strong professional relationship
Considerable ability to develop, lead, motivate and supervise team
Knowledge of English (Fluent: spoken and written)
With you we will:
• Lead and coordinate the team of Market Account Leads to drive further the strategy of NBS Lviv and engage further achivements
• Be able to play lead role, guide and coach, identify resource requirements, define key improvements needed and drive out of the box mindset
• Curiosity, creativity, courage to support operations in managing stakeholders on the Markets and NBS Lviv.
• Ability to detect issues in advance, synthetize a data and focus on key insights.
• Disciplined to implement methodology smoothly in each directlion to ensure alignment and one way of communication to stakeholders. •
• Play active part in Quaterly executive reviews, aiming process standardization and harmonization across Markets.
• Ensures effective communications with stakeholders, operational teams, IBS.
