    Position Overview: The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will be the first point of contact for employees. This position will provide overall support to the Human Resources Team. This position is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative functions.

    Position Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator is responsible for heavy filing and document organization, data entry, posting and updating job positions on internal and external job boards, calendar management, copying, putting together on-boarding packets, distributing information, creating posters, flyers and mailings, facilitating audits, formatting and updating job descriptions, generating employee correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and other reports, reconciling billing, protecting confidential employee and agency information, tracking training and education information, recording meeting minutes, completing employment verifications, assist in hosting HR sponsored events, accountable for researching various items and providing recommendations for actions to take place, pre-employment checks, phone screens, ordering office supplies and maintaining the supply budget and other administrative aspects of employee relations, the recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associates Degree required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent human resources experience in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Access

  • Interested candidates must have the ability to work independently as well as support an HR team members in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to understand and handle personal and confidential information in a professional and legal manner;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills;

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees, benefits providers, applicants and other the general public;

  • Proven ability to learn new systems, protocols and processes and effectively apply them in this position.

    Hours:

    Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
