Description:
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
The Guest Services Officer is responsible for meeting and greeting all guests, assisting with check-in and check-out registrations, and providing food and beverage service.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Tourism management.
Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Fluent in English, and Korean
