Four Tzss Inc. dba Keyhole Bar & Grill is seeking four (4) dishwashers to work with them at 323 East Central Avenue, Mackinaw City, Michigan 49701. The position will be full-time and seasonal during the dates of April 1, 2025 -- November 30, 2025. 

The Dishwasher will operate the industrial dishwasher to wash dishes, cups, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and other items. Will wash certain items including glassware by hand, as necessary. Other duties include emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles; cleaning iced tea, coffee, and beverage machines daily; rotating the dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources; cleaning dish storage; Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, following sanitation policies at all times; assisting team in receiving and putting away supplies; cleaning spills or broken glassware immediately; and reporting sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party. Must be able to lift and carry loads of up to 30 pounds in a hot and humid environment; and be on feet for up to an 8-hour shift. Occasional bending is required.

Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 40 hrs/wk. Must be able to work up to any 8 hr shift within the hours of 11:00 am to 11:00 pm any day of the week; days off rotate, shifts vary, and weekends are required. This job requires continuous movement.  Must be flexible, communicate effectively, be a team player. No minimum education is required to perform the job.   The wage is $13.17 per hour. All deductions will be made from paychecks that are required by law.  No other deductions will be made unless agreed upon. Overtime is available at a rate of $19.76. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

On-the-job training is provided. Four Tzss Inc. dba Keyhole Bar and Grill provides workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. Transportation to and from worksite is available. 

This posting is being made in connection with an application for H-2B workers. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. 

Housing is optional at $75 per week at 806 Cadotte Street, Mackinaw City, MI 49701. All utilities are included such as garbage and water. This is not a condition of employment. Alternatively, the employer will assist the workers to find suitable housing within walking distance of the worksite.
