We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our CRDN Business Unit. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on strategic thinking, customer engagement, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and expand market share for the CRDN portfolio

  • Optimize portfolio management through strategic product mix, pricing strategies, promotions, and channel processes to maximize revenue

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, leveraging sales data and Salesforce to identify market opportunities and address evolving customer needs

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment of local strategies with global initiatives and best practices

  • Lead the successful execution of marketing initiatives through the CRDN sales team, fostering high performance and collaboration

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to drive product adoption and advocacy

  • Organize and lead customer events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction

  • Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings

Sales Support:

  • Develop and provide effective sales tools, training, and marketing collateral in partnership with the sales team to support product launches and market penetration

  • Offer strategic input and support for sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals

  • Continuously adjust marketing strategies based on sales performance and market trends to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, in collaboration with the marketing communications team

  • Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report on digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and overall marketing strategy

Operational excellence:

Drive and ensure the execution of operational excellence initiatives including developing and implementing strategies to enhance product lifecycle management, streamline processes, and improve cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for setting and monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing resource allocation, and leading efforts to achieve high standards of efficiency, quality, and effectiveness in product development and commercialization. This role demands a focus on continuous improvement, alignment with regulatory requirements, and proactive problem-solving to meet market demands and drive business growth.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on relationship building and stakeholder engagement

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to derive actionable insights from data

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-centric with a passion for improving patient outcomes

  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with customers at all levels

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support marketing activities and customer engagements
