JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Operations Assistant, Pediatric Operations - 35594 Work Schedule : This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday. UW Health Kids includes all pediatric services and programs provided at our two main children\'s hospitals, at our ambulatory sites and regional clinics in Wisconsin and Illinois with more than 280 physicians and 41 specialty care programs. We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: * Provide leadership support with maintenance of agendas, calendar management, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of department teams. * Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling. * Coordinate and monitor departmental needs, purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.
