Position Overview The Call Planning and Alignment Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the design and execution of strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance and enhance sales effectiveness. This person will support the development of process improvements within our alignment systems and mapping software integrations. This person will act as a consultative expert for our commercial teams in call planning and alignments and thereby drive business priorities and optimal field execution. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Support the implementation of all sales deployment strategies to ensure optimal coverage of target markets, territories, and customer segments. Collaborate with sales leadership and provide guidance on optimal geographic or customer deployment. Maintain quarterly alignment changes and perform routine maintenance. Collaborate with Analytics to develop targeting strategies to prioritize high valued customers, accounts, and market segments. Support the development of effective call plans aligned with sales strategies. Support the design of the call planning platform and coordinate development. Design and monitor appropriate call planning metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Meet with key stakeholders to understand and execute business priorities. Translate business needs into technical requirements to support operations workstreams. Support the development of reporting for call planning and alignments. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline system preparedness for plan period processing, ensuring data integrity. Assist in establishing and adhering to governance policies pertaining to sales operations cyclical processes. Develop and execute call planning and alignment timelines and coordinate across stakeholders.
