Description We are recruiting for the role of a Customer Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin, 53703, United States. This position is integral to our team, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and support. The role involves daily interaction with customers via various communication channels, maintaining customer records and contributing to projects across the organization. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, ticketing systems, and other tools in response to inquiries from customers

• Keep close contact with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with various departments and teams to resolve customer issues

• Update and maintain customer records and cases in our CRM system

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Product and Engineering department

• Contribute to the collection of performance statistics for our products

• Facilitate information and knowledge sharing between central and local support teams

• Contribute to projects across the organization to improve customer journey

• Assist in the development of the Support team and shaping its structure

• Adapt to the growing team by contributing to non-support related tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role

• Proven experience answering inbound calls in a call center environment

• Proficiency in customer service practices and techniques

• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining customer records

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to undergo necessary training and continuous learning for skills enhancement

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education degree preferred

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly

• Willingness to adapt to changes in procedures or responsibilities as needed.
