JOB REQUIREMENTS: Guest Services Ambassador - 34102 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to: * E ngage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm. * Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows. * Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility. * Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.
