Primary Function
Evergreen marketing transformation-related task-based learning content for the Digital Resource Center.
Full-time hours for 9 months. Can be located anywhere in the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments to determine:
Organization goals
Learner needs and characteristics
Knowledge, skills, and aptitudes required for tasks and competencies
What learners should know and be able to do because of training
Produce performance support content, such as web pages, instructional videos, and job aids.
Utilizing previously developed tools, such as the Instructional Content Planner (ICP) framework, transform and develop content for the Digital Resource Center
Report on content authoring progress
Help research and identify appropriate vendor platform training from their websites
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and content creation
Problem solving skills, including the ability to continuously improve teaching methods and offerings
Knowledge of SEO writing techniques
Excellent proofreading and editing skills
Authoring and production tools: WordPress, Adobe Photoshop
Organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Education & Experience
Experience aligning content with L&D best practices to ensure that the content is andragogically sound
Copywriting experience
