Primary Function

Evergreen marketing transformation-related task-based learning content for the Digital Resource Center.

Full-time hours for 9 months. Can be located anywhere in the United States.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to determine:

• Organization goals

• Learner needs and characteristics

• Knowledge, skills, and aptitudes required for tasks and competencies

• What learners should know and be able to do because of training

• Produce performance support content, such as web pages, instructional videos, and job aids.

• Utilizing previously developed tools, such as the Instructional Content Planner (ICP) framework, transform and develop content for the Digital Resource Center

• Report on content authoring progress

• Help research and identify appropriate vendor platform training from their websites

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and content creation

• Problem solving skills, including the ability to continuously improve teaching methods and offerings

• Knowledge of SEO writing techniques

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills

• Authoring and production tools: WordPress, Adobe Photoshop

• Organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Education & Experience

• Experience aligning content with L&D best practices to ensure that the content is andragogically sound

• Copywriting experience
