JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Scheduling Coordinator Lead - Surgical Services - 32150 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 Hours per week. Shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, Lead to: * Serve as team lead over Patient Scheduling Coordinator staff that are responsible for advanced level scheduling of patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures. * Coordinate, assign, and guide work activities of staff * Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines, and train/mentor new staff. Preferred - Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
