UW HOSPITAL & CLINICS Patient Scheduling Representative in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Scheduling Representative - Phlebotomy - 32145 Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 Hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic. Pay : Pay starts at \$18.40 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to: * Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence. * Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs. * Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments. * Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner. Preferred - Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field. Work Experience : Minimum - Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment.
