Labcorp Project Manager - Client Services - Bioanalytics in Madison, Wisconsin

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join our BioAnalytical Drug Development team in Madison, WI . This position is a mostly remote role; however, you must be located within driving distance of our Madison site for potential on site meetings.

As a Project Manager for the Bioanalytical team, you will act as the primary point of contact for the project work for internal and external customers. This involves a high volume of a variety of studies and includes managing client and study communication to execute projects against defined milestones, timelines, and financial projections. Use of appropriate tools to support the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, to ensure teams deliver on client commitments.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as the assigned client’s advocate within the Bioanalytical organization

  • Gather and provide visibility to client expectations

  • Communicate study updates to client

  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver per timelines

  • Provide data for capacity projections

  • Ensure appropriate scheduling / resource management to allow on-time delivery

  • Escalate and facilitate issue resolution

  • Contract review and project budget; financial reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a life science

  • Project management certification desirable but not required

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience or equivalent

  • Client facing experience required

  • Industry experience in a relevant field

  • Strong critical thinking and organizational kills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage time

Pay Range: 90-110K per annum
