The Senior Manager is a vital part of the chemistry operations team, providing leadership to several manufacturing groups and process development teams. This role will focus on the development and manufacturing of small molecule APIs and will drive innovation as a part of the leadership team. Responsibilities: - Conduct performance reviews, career development, salary reviews, and personal development plans for employees - Implement the most appropriate production technologies and quality assurance techniques for manufacturing products in your area of responsibility - Develop plans, priorities, and systems to efficiently and effectively utilize all resources (equipment and personnel) in functional area. Ensure that functional area capability is adequate to meet existing and anticipated needs.
