Join the herd and unlock your opportunity. About the Opportunity We are seeking a Sr. Technical Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a strong working knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You\'ll Accomplish * Conduct research on complex technical accounting issues in accordance with GAAP and organizational protocols. * Review and analyze emerging accounting standards, assess their potential impact on the company, and support the implementation of necessary adjustments to comply with these standards. * Prepare monthly close data, journal entries, and account reconciliation for technical accounting areas. * Assist in the implementation and documentation of processes and procedures for internal controls. * As necessary, assist in ad-hoc projects and any technical accounting requests. * Evaluate, update and maintain accounting policies and procedures in line with U.S. GAAP. What You\'ll Bring * Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) * 2+ years of public accounting experience working on public companies * Experience with SAAS companies a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite experience a plus. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines * Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present information clearly and concisely. Salary Range (\$88,000 - 125,000) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate\'s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
