The Senior Territory Account Manager will be accountable for identifying and closing sales opportunities across all verticals. This position serves to strategically cross-sell Zebra's product portfolio with an emphasis on next generation EAI (Enterprise Asset Intelligence) Technology. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverage those relationships to Zebra’s advantage.

This is a remote opportunity in which eligible applicant must reside in MN, WI, IA or MO (preferential consideration will be given to those residing in WI or MN) and be within a reasonable driving distance to a major airport with the ability to travel 50%

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Zebra as the complete portfolio expert to all industries served by Zebra in the assigned geography

  • Build and execute a sales plan for strategic territory accounts in the assigned geography

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota by creating sales opportunities in the assigned geography

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with end users and work collaboratively with the PartnerConnect channel

  • Accurately and frequently forecast business and maintain a sufficient pipeline of opportunities for each quarter with a 12 month outlook

  • Develop and conduct deal reviews for cross-functional teams and partners

  • Travel within assigned territory at least 50% of the month

  • Continuously remained informed and educated about Zebra solutions, products, industry trends and related technologies

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of equivalent experience

  • 5 + years of B2B end-user sales experience

  • Demonstrated record of achievement in managing a multi-state territory against company targets

  • Solid track record of performance against revenue metrics (revenue & profitability)

  • Must reside in MN, WI, IA or MO (strong preference to hire within WI or MN) and be within a reasonable driving distance to a major airport with the ability to travel 50%

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to manufacturing, retail, transportation, and/or logistics industries strongly preferred.

  • Discipline to work remotely, and plan business travel in order to optimize time in the field.

  • Understanding of how to create a business plan, as well as making adjustments to plan

  • Experience in and accuracy of preparing a monthly revenue forecast.

  • Appetite and confidence to prospect directly to the end customer, versus needing a channel partner to lead the way.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to grow C-level relationships with customers.

  • Good business acumen, independent, self-motivated, organized and good in managing priority.

  • Must be customer-oriented, able to influence customers at all levels and a strong teammate with a partnering mindset.

  • Experience and understanding of working in a Channel business with distribution and reseller community.

  • Proficient with SalesForce and Microsoft BI a plus.

Salary: USD 93000.00 - USD 139600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
