JOB REQUIREMENTS: Substance Use Counselor - Liver Transplant - 29269 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, days. No on call or weekend requirements. This position is a hybrid of in person and remote work. When in person, you will work at 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI.
