JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supervisor Emergency Department - 33642 Work Schedule : Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. We are seeking an Emergency Department Supervisor to: * Partner with leadership in the Emergency Department (ED) to support and provide oversight of daily ED operations, specifically as it relates to the agency and traveler staff. * Monitor staffing and operations, including off shift and weekend supervision of staff and the department. * Communicate and collaborate with a variety of staff to appropriately plan, direct, evaluate, and review care for patients and their families. * Help hire, assist in performance evaluations, and address staff/team performance concerns.
