Job Description The Test Technician is responsible for the inspection, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of products to make sure they meet customer needs in accordance with regulatory requirements. This will be a first shift opportunity onsite in Madison Wisconsin at Accuray\'s Murphy building. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Test, troubleshoot and repair of product in accordance with quality system requirements and manufacturing instructions. Perform manufacturing tests and commissioning of the medical systems, including but not limited to all instructions and procedures required to complete a fully commissioned system which has passed all testing and is ready for shipment. Test and configure computer systems in accordance with quality system requirements and manufacturing instructions. Perform or assist in component test and subassembly testing. Participate in development and review of manufacturing procedures to help ensure manufacturing requirements and goals are achieved. Assist in development of manufacturing instructions, that document and control the manufacturing process. Assist the development of manufacturing tool and fixture requirements and promote ongoing control. Assist the training of manufacturing personnel, as required. Assist in deployment of product changes (ECOs) to ensure correct implementation. Assist the development of facility requirements to accommodate production, including workflow, shelving, other storage, and workstations. Provide feedback to manufacturing or engineering personnel concerning needs and product enhancements that would improve both quality and ease of production/servicing of the product. Interface and support regulatory affairs as required to help ensure production processes and facilities are in accordance with FDA, OSHA and other applicable regulations.
