About the role
The main role of the Technical Support will be to improve our service level in Spain, provide technical support on products and applications to customers and sales force, answering technical inquiries, providing trainings, updating product documentation, contributing to technical reviews and participating when necessary to on-site assistance.

Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in electronic or telecommunication
A minimum of 3 years' experience in electronic security industry (Intrusion, CCTV, Access Control)
Proven customer service experience in a technical support position of around 3 years minimum
Very good knowledge in IP/Network
Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Be organized with a strong sense of urgency
Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
Fluent in English and Spanish
Valid UE work permit.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Knowledge of Concur, CRM (SalesForce)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals

Responsibilities
As a Technical Support , you’ll be responsible for:
Provide technical support to sales team and customers, answering technical questions and finding solutions to defects through the Hot Line facility and written requests
Provide comprehensive technical trainings to customers and the sales team across Iberia
Keep the product and solution showroom fully operational and update it with new products
Provide on-site commissioning and assistance services in Iberia
Recommend the best products against customer requirements
Maintain a high level of product knowledge
Answer incoming questions within the set target in a timely and customer friendly way.
