How will you make an impact in this role?

You will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' travel experiences. By providing personalized and detailed travel proposals, you will support our premium customers enjoy flawless and memorable journeys. Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Italian and English

  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and standard applications

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset

  • Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Previous work experience in night shifts, demonstrating the ability to maintain dedication and service quality

  • Background in hospitality management or experience working with high-end clientele

  • Proficiency in French or additional language
