ADP Sr. Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist in Maitland, Florida

ADP is hiring a Sr. Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)

This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL, or Florham Park, NJ offices. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations.

ADP is looking to hire a Sr. Strategy & Ops Specialist (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive insights and support the sales organizations in improving reporting and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our reporting metrics, analysis, and relationship with our partners. They will partner and consult with sales leaders, and operations partners to provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce.com related inquiries, support, and troubleshooting within the sales department.

  • Maintain and update Salesforce.com records based on requests, ensuring timeliness, data integrity and accuracy to support informed decision-making.

  • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of standardized procedures and documentation related to Salesforce.com usage.

  • Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges, working internally and cross-functionally to drive effective solutions, employing excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.

  • Identify and provide recommendations on how to improve the workflow required in performing support activities.

Qualifications Required:

  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • 1-2 years Operations Experience (i.e. Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A)

  • Strong analytical and technical skills (critical thinking, Excel, data aggregation/review).

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate.

  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders demands.

  • Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment.

  • Self-starter with confidence to own and manage processes as well as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution.

  • Ownership mindset, making the customer top priority, curiosity, and high ethical standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and time management.

  • Strong Excel, Sales Enablement Tools (CRM, GONG, Seismic, etc.), MSWord and PowerPoint skills.

  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills and judgement/decision-making ability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meet deadlines.

  • Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution.

  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools and best practices are a plus.
