 Client Management – Delivers an exceptional client experience as measured by Transaction surveys, consistently meeting expectations.  Project Management – Basic knowledge of MAS products, services, processes, & organization. Willing to complete stretch assignments such as SWAT, OE rotations, etc.  Technical Support – Resolve technical issues related to EDI, understanding account structures, work closely with OES, Service, and other BTS groups.  Partnership Driver - Builds bridges & collaborative partnerships with associates & leaders from other MAS departments to improve Service results.

 Work Independently  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, including complex situations  Demonstrates ability to diffuse volatile situations  Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment  Demonstrates competent communication skills with clients & internal support groups
