We are looking for someone with:

• Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes

• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows

• Monitor’s areas of persistent difficulty and creates materials to efficiently deal with themCustomer obsessed

• Good working and background knowledge of area of practice

• Use and combine knowledge of the discipline and the market to formulate the right approach

• Fit for purpose, though may lack refinement

• Constantly learns from both success and failure

Nice to Haves:

• Extensive experience in IT Operations and/or IT Service Management

• At least 5 years of Experience in IT Change and Release Management.

• ITIL v3 Intermediate: Release, Control, and Validate Certified

• Graduated with a BS in Information Systems and/or Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degrees.

• Good Interpersonal skills across multi-functional partners

• Strong and Effective Communication Skills in English.

• Solid Management Skills.

• Knowledgeable with Agile Methodologies

• Familiar with ITSM Tools especially ServiceNow

• Familiar with DevOps tools is good to have (Jenkins, Bitbucket)

• Able to achieve most tasks using own judgement

• Can lead smaller groups where required

• Good analytical skills, copes with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning
