About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Director Of Marketing for Sales & Makreting Department to join Jumeirah Group.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
strategies to ensure business targets and objectives are met.
Develop strategies that will assist the sales and revenue teams in achieving their targets month on month.
Development and management of visual standards by working closely with operations, group marketing and the appointed agency.
Ensure the standards are uploaded and managed on Brand Jumeirah.
Oversee event participation in instances where the assistant marketing communications manager is tasked with event management.
Drives sales team to achieve Sales Productivity and Sales Incentive Plan targets.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential
At least 10 years’ experience in a 5 Star Hotel, in a marketing role, or combined eCommerce and marketing role.
Corporate/MICE/Groups Hotel background preferred
UAE/Middle East experience
GCC and leisure experience
Ability to develop, action, manage and measure annual marketing strategies, aligning closely with the annual sales and revenue teams, to ensure business targets and objectives are met within a pre-defined marketing budget
Desired:
Preferred to be experienced in the KSA Saudi Market.
University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality or Marketing.
