Actalent Case Manager in Malden, Massachusetts
Job Description
Duties will include communication and relationship building with clients and all collateral partners connected with each client (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.)
Setting limits for youth, development of interventions, and setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with clients’ guardians, therapists, and other providers.
Must participate in on-call services as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Mental Health.
LSW or LSWA license or license-eligible.
Valid driver's license.
Approved DMV, DCF, and CORI checks.
Foster Care experience (preferred).
