About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist Cum Beautician to join the team of Talise Spa in Jumeirah Olhahali Island.
The main purpose of the position is to perform professional spa treatments providing uncompromised attention to guest service. Provide high standard of efficiency, professionalism, conduct and customer care. She will keep up to date in the latest trends, spa treatment protocols, LQA & Jumeirah standards, and guest service protocol.
The key duties of a Spa Therapist Cum Beautician will include:
Maintains high profile, knowledgeable and dependable traits. Able to confidently advice guest on various and appropriate spa treatments, activities and programs.
Maximizes bookings, while ensuring each guest receives the highest standard of care and attention and always encouraging them to return
Actively participates in and oversees the provision of excellent service to the guest.
Actively participate in promotional activities on behalf of the spa.
Serves as a catalyst to Sales and Marketing, Fitness Centre, Resort Operations and Boutique.
Actively participate in the establishment of Talise Spa as a leading Spa Brand and ensures its expansion on the Market.
Perform professional services according to LQA and Jumeirah standards provided with attention to detail.
Perform Opening and Closing procedures. Arranging workstation, treatment rooms and facilities as per standard.
Perform beauty treatments, such as facials, massages, hair removal, and manicures and pedicures.
Provide advice on skincare and makeup application techniques
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Possesses a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering therapy and beautician services in a luxury hotel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English – other languages will be an advantage.
Recognized certification in Aesthetics, Massage Therapy and Beautician.
