We are looking to expand our team with a new member that is all about quality. As a QA engineer you'd be involved at the core of the multi faceted development process, to ensure the quality of the teams output.

The QA Engineering role is new in the team, and you will be responsible for setting up and continuously enhance the processes and methodologies to ensure the team works in a way that is promoting great end product quality.   • Ensure the quality of Logitech Video Collaboration devices and systems.

  • Work closely with developers to communicate defects and verify fixes throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Testing Android embedded applications and Web APIs to ensure high-quality performance and user experience.

  • Develop and maintain detailed test documentation; including test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.

  • Perform daily sanity tests.

  • Test features/bug fixes alongside the team.

  • Support the functional team with testing activities.

  • Help with bug reproduction.

  • Set up test environments and testing labs.

  • Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 3+ years of industry experience.

  • Experience with writing functional test plans.

  • Experience with manual testing of embedded systems.

  • Knowledge of ADB tools.

  • Basic understanding of networking; IP address, MAC address, proxies, VLAN, DHCP.

  • Basic understanding of network protocols and tools like HTTP/HTTPS, JSON serialization, Postman, Curl.

  • Must be comfortable using Mac and Windows.

Meriting Qualifications

  • Familiar with web security standards

  • Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium
