Summary of Role:

Seeking Global Compliance & Reporting Analyst to be part of our team to advance our global strategy for supporting business information related to subsidy programs such as tax credits, grants, and incentives. As a key influencer, you'll be at the heart of organizing and systematizing a broad range of business data. This encompasses capturing information on fixed assets, service commencement dates for assets, binding dates for assets, contractual obligations, and more.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance required for grant compliance and audits around grants, tax credits, and incentives across GlobalFoundries' global business activities.

  • Support test control measures for SOX compliance across various international teams.

  • Act as a master data record keeper, meticulously documenting and retaining details to support financial reporting, subsidy program decision-making.

  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready files

  • Perform verification checks of compliance audit documentation for grant applications and income tax, ensuring the precision and reliability of these records.

    Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited degree program .

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

  • Keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience .

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Self-motivated and independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work across global locations in matrix role and build effective cross-functional relationships at multiple levels.

Expected Salary Range

$46,100.00 - $82,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
