ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant - Legal Department in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Manufacturing client in Malvern, PA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team supporting the legal department. The ideal candidate will have previous Administrative experience, Knowledge of Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office Suite. and be able to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Malvern, PA

Pay Range: $20.00 Hr.

What’s the Job?

  • scan and do e-filing of paralegal minute books

  • keep minute books organized and in original form

  • be able to review the documents and recognize the type of document in order to name it properly.

What’s Needed?

  • Organized with an attention to detail.

  • Follow clear directions.

  • Ability to use computer and scanner proficiency.

  • Knowledge of Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to navigate online data systems.

  • Work independently.

  • Ability to strictly adhere to confidentiality requirements.
