Actalent Automation Engineer in Malvern, Pennsylvania

My Client , a prominent full-service systems integrator specializing in Process Control Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and IT/Reporting Services, in the life sciences, food & beverage, chemical, and metal manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily manufacturing issues.

  • Develop and implement process control automation systems.

Hard Skills:

  • MES-ANSI/ISA-88 & ANSI/ISA-95

  • PLC/HMI Programming

  • Systems Integration Experience

  • Wonderware Software knowledge

Soft Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting ability

  • Develop and communicate customer technical requirements

  • Design and develop innovative automation solutions for the Manufacturing sector

  • Work with a talented team and contribute to each phase of the system development lifecycle

Job Type:

  • Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 months.

Work Site:

  • Hybrid schedule in Malvern office: 2-3 days a week in office, 10% travel to client sites (will be made aware ahead of time on travel duration).
