Job Description Summary

The Communications Specialist, Corporate Affairs is responsible for the tactical delivery of corporate communications content in support of team and company initiatives. The Communications Specialist works across the enterprise to support and amplify Endo stories through compelling content and effective, measurable communications.

Excellent writing skills and basic design skills are required (social media templates, photo resizing and touch-ups, PowerPoint slides). The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Hybrid role: 2 days/week in Malvern, PA office

Job Description

Content

  • Support Corporate Affairs team with content development, editorial services, and design projects.

  • Plan, create and distribute content across external and internal communication channels.

External and Internal Websites

  • Provide project management support for external corporate website, including design enhancements, content updates and technology updates.

  • Support development of dynamic content for external corporate website content, including content calendar management, editing and approvals.

  • Develop intranet content, including feature stories about team members and company news; post internal photos and videos and help produce weekly e-newsletter.

  • Monitor online activity and develop analytics reports to share progress and learnings.

Social media

  • Implement corporate-level social media strategies/initiatives that support company goals.

  • Manage and execute social media editorial calendar.

  • Monitor social media activity and develop analytics reports to share progress and learnings.

Newsletters

  • Produce weekly internal communication highlighting intranet stories from the week.

  • Manage external corporate email, including platform management and analytics reporting.

Corporate Partner

  • Partner with cross-functional team members to provide Corporate Affairs support for product and corporate initiatives; support includes external and internal communications efforts, including digital.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Management or related field required.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Pharmaceutical and/or agency experience preferable.

Knowledge

  • Broad understanding of various communications techniques and mediums, including but not limited to digital, print, video, and audio/visual communications.

  • Experience managing and creating social media content and working with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn.

  • Light design skills required: Canva, InDesign and/or other design application/software.

  • Experience with website content management system (CMS).

  • Fluency in PowerPoint preferred.

  • General knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industries preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in corporate communications or working in an agency environment.

  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects.

  • Highly organized with a commitment to quality and a drive for results.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface at all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally.
