ManpowerGroup GMP Cleaner in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Role: GMP Cleaner

Location: Onsite in Malvern PA

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Safely clean, store, and assemble all CMTI and client mills and associated equipment after processing.

  • Monitor equipment to ensure required re-cleaning dates have not expired.

  • Organize and maintain proper levels of inventory for all equipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the cleaning area and processing equipment.

  • Document activities thoroughly and consistently.

  • Safely carry out duties according to procedures and policies.

  • Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs as outlined in requirements.

Measures of Performance:

  • Compliance with CMTI Safety Rules, Regulations, and Policies.

  • Minimize process delays and quality incidents.

  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.

  • Positive work ethic and attitude.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience: No experience required; prior production experience a plus.

  • Ability to work weekday and weekend overtime is a plus.

  • Technical Skills/Knowledge: Systemization of assigned area, communication skills, time management, detail oriented.

  • Behavioural Competencies: Integrity, results-oriented, business acumen, collaboration, change management, engagement, coaching.

  • Physical Requirements: Standing or walking up to 8 hours per day, occasional lifting to 60 pounds, climbing steps/ladders, wearing a respirator, working in loud environments.
