ManpowerGroup GMP Cleaner in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Role: GMP Cleaner
Location: Onsite in Malvern PA
Pay Rate: $22/hr.
Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Safely clean, store, and assemble all CMTI and client mills and associated equipment after processing.
Monitor equipment to ensure required re-cleaning dates have not expired.
Organize and maintain proper levels of inventory for all equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the cleaning area and processing equipment.
Document activities thoroughly and consistently.
Safely carry out duties according to procedures and policies.
Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs as outlined in requirements.
Measures of Performance:
Compliance with CMTI Safety Rules, Regulations, and Policies.
Minimize process delays and quality incidents.
Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
Positive work ethic and attitude.
Position Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: No experience required; prior production experience a plus.
Ability to work weekday and weekend overtime is a plus.
Technical Skills/Knowledge: Systemization of assigned area, communication skills, time management, detail oriented.
Behavioural Competencies: Integrity, results-oriented, business acumen, collaboration, change management, engagement, coaching.
Physical Requirements: Standing or walking up to 8 hours per day, occasional lifting to 60 pounds, climbing steps/ladders, wearing a respirator, working in loud environments.
