Vanguard Investment Management Product Owner in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Investment Management Product Owner
Owns the strategic vision and roadmap for an investment management related product(s) within a specific business area, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product(s) along with demonstrating growth in investment acumen. Products may have Investment Management Group divisional wide implications.
In this role, you will:
Leads product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build standard processes that drive significant change to the client experience.
Mentors product teams towards standard processes and takeaways. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as vital.
Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
Leads the planning, development and implementation of new products. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
What it takes:
Minimum of five years of relevant Delivery experience and demonstrated ability in leading product delivery initiatives.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
