Reyes Holdings Facilities Maintenance Technician A in Manassas, Virginia

Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately for a full-time 1st shift Facilities Maintenance Technician A to help with industrial repairs and maintenance throughout the building based out of the Manassas, VA facility.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift

Pay: $30.00-$36.00/HR based on experience/qualifications

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities

  • Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture

  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks

  • Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Technical School Certification
